Please check both your billing and delivery address details before placing an order. Incorrect addresses may result in services being cancelled without a refund and\/or administration charges to update your details to the correct address. Please contact us if you have any queries.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Approximate Size<\/strong>: We provide a basic guide to the size of each Skip, Bin & FEL. However, these can vary based on your location and should not be took as an accurate measurement.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Cookies Policy<\/strong>: Please refer to our Cookies Policy<\/a> for full information.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Delivery Charge<\/strong>: Wheelie Bin and FEL services all incur a one-off delivery charge upon placing your first order with us. This charge is for the Bin or FEL to be delivered to your chosen service address. If you choose to cancel your services with us, a ‘Removal Charge’ of the same amount will be applied to your account and the Bin or FEL will be removed from your chosen service address.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Delivery Policy<\/strong>: Each service requires delivery to your chosen address. Please refer to our Delivery Policy<\/a> for full information.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Duty of Care, Waste Transfer Note and Agreement<\/strong>: Please note by completing an Order online with SkipsAndBins.com you are confirming that the name stated stands as your signature as a duly authorised employee\/officer of a Limited Company\/LLP. Alternatively, if you are signing on behalf of a sole trader\/partnership you are confirming you are duly authorised to enter into this Agreement. The invoice you will receive every four weeks will incorporate a Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note (DCWTN) in the invoice and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you authorise us to use your signature on this initial agreement\/order when submitting to you each month the DCWTN as confirmation of your signature evidence on the DCWTN as to the nature of the identified controlled waste you are asking this Company to remove, transfer and dispose of in accordance with our terms and conditions. You may at any time advise us in writing that you are no longer an authorised signatory or withdraw your consent to use that signature on the DCWTN. If you do so we will then require a new order to be completed and signed by an authorised signatory. Please note: You MUST notify Skips And Bins immediately if your waste requirements change and affect the DCWTN created by this agreement.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Equivalent to<\/strong>: To help you have an idea to how much waste a Skip, Bin or FEL can hold, we provide a simple guide to how many average black rubbish bags of waste can be contained in each item. This should not be took as an exact measurement.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]EWC* Waste Code<\/strong>: This is the legal waste code stated by the European Waste Catalogue which covers a variety of items and can seem confusing at first. If you have waste which is categorised by this code, please ensure you check the waste type description.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Excess Weight Charge<\/strong>: If your Skip, Bin or FEL is collected and found to be over the maximum weight allowance, a charge may be applied in line with the rate shown.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Number of Bins<\/strong>: This is a simple quantity selector to choose one or multiple quantities of the same Wheelie Bin.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Number of Days (Per Chosen Frequency)<\/strong>: Once you choose a service frequency, this allows you to choose how often you would like the service. For example, if you choose a service frequency of ‘Multiple Days Per Week’ you can choose between 2 to 5 days per week.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]One-Off Payments<\/strong>: Our Skip hire services are available as a one-off paid for service opposed to our Bin & FEL pay-as-you-go 4 weekly services.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Pay-As-You-Go<\/strong>: Our Wheelie Bin and FEL services are available as a pay-as-you-go service, allowing you to order a service on a recurring 4 weekly payment which you can manage online and end at any time.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Preferred Collection Days<\/strong>: If you have a preferred day for your service to be provided, we will do our best to meet your requirements. We will confirm collection day(s) upon confirmation of your order.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Privacy Policy<\/strong>: Please refer to our Privacy Policy<\/a> for full information.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Recurring Payments<\/strong>: All of our pay-as-you-go wheelie Bin & FEL services involve a recurring payment which is setup at the time of your first order. This ensures your ongoing services continue without interruption. You can manage your recurring payments via the My Account section of our website.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Refund Policy<\/strong>: Please refer to our Refund Policy<\/a> for full information.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Removal Charge<\/strong>: Wheelie Bin and FEL services all incur a one-off removal charge upon cancellation of your services with us. This charge is for the Bin or FEL to be removed from your chosen service address. Once complete, your Bin or FEL will be removed from your chosen service address.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Skip Hire Permit<\/strong>: Any skip which is not situated on private land requires a permit. If we deliver your skip to a location which requires a permit, and no permit has been purchased, your order will be cancelled with no refunds. You will then need to re-order your skip with the appropriate permit.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Skip Hire Duration<\/strong>: This is the duration of your purchased hire. Skips will be collected anytime after your chosen duration whether it is ready to be collected or not. It is your responsibility to use and fill the skip within the duration selected.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Skip Delivery Date<\/strong>: When you place an order for skip hire, your preferred delivery date will depend on the time of week you placed the order, and whether or not you require a permit. Skip hire without a permit requires 48 hours from the time of order before your skip can be delivered to you. Or, Skip hire with a permit requires 72 hours from the time of order, to allow for a permit to be arranged with your local council authority, which we do on your behalf. Your skip can then be delivered with the correct permit in place.<\/p>\n

It is important to note that these duration\u2019s are based on working days and do not include weekends. For example (see image below), if you place an order on Friday before 4pm for a skip with a permit, 72 hours would allow the skip to be delivered on the following Wednesday at the earliest. (Saturday & Sunday excluded). Or, if you place an order on Friday before 4pm for a skip without a permit, 48 hours would allow the skip to be delivered on the following Tuesday at the earliest. (Saturday & Sunday excluded).[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Skip Order Type<\/strong>: This informs us if your skip hire is the first time you are ordering from us or whether this is an order to replace an existing skip. Please select whether this is the first skip you are ordering or if you are ordering a skip to replace your existing skip hire from SkipsAndBins.com.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Service Frequency<\/strong>: This relates to how often you would like your Wheelie Bin or FEL services to be carried out each 4 week period.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Service & Permit Confirmation<\/strong>: In order to purchase a service from us, you must agree that you have selected the correct waste type for your requirements, and your choice of permit is correct. You must also agree to understanding preferred dates are not guaranteed, and that you have read and understand the delivery and collection terms in relation to your chosen delivery date. Finally you must also read and agree to the weight allowance and excess charges information stated for the relevant service and waste type.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Standard Industrial Classification (SIC)<\/strong>: SIC codes are a legal requirement for Limited Companies, Sole Traders and Partnerships requesting waste collection & disposal. SIC codes are not required for non-business households.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Waste Type<\/strong>: All forms of waste fall under specific categories to ensure the correct collection, segregation and disposal of your waste. To help you choose the right waste type for your service, our handy guide will show you what waste types are allowed and not allowed per waste code\/type.
