If you are an online customer, you can access copies of your documents without charge, through the online ‘My Account’ section of our website. Simply visit the link below and login with your username and password.
Please use the form below to request replacement documents, such as Contracts, Duty of Care Waste Transfer Notes and/or Invoices.
Please note a charge of £30 per document* will be applicable to any request and will be added to your account for payment via Direct Debit. Your document(s) will then be sent to you upon completion of payment.
Or alternatively, you may contact us to make your account an online account and any documents would be FOC after doing so.
