General FAQ's
We aim to provide our waste collection services across the entire UK. In rare circumstances we might not be able to provide you with services depending on remote locations and our supplier coverage.
Start by deciding what type of waste you require disposal of and whether it is a one-off or ongoing requirement. Then visit our services page to find the ideal service for your requirements. Visit our ‘How to Order‘ page for more information.
EWC stands for ‘European Waste Codes’. In order to collect and dispose your waste, waste is assigned a EWC code to identify it’s type. This standard coding system classifies and describes the type of waste.

SIC stands for ‘Standard Industrial Classification’ and is required for businesses disposing of waste. SIC codes provide a simple way of describing what a business does. If you require services for a household, you do not need a SIC code for your waste collection.
To help you find your SIC code we have included a handy SIC code finder as part of our checkout process. Simply add an item to your basket and proceed to the checkout.
No! Households or non-business orders do not require a SIC code. SIC codes are only required for businesses.
You must sign our agreement to verify you are authorised to place an order on behalf of the stated business or organisation. More details can be found in our ‘Terms and Conditions‘.
Payments are taken at the end of our checkout process, via the Sage Pay credit/debit card section of the checkout page. Recurring payments for ongoing services will automatically be taken from the same payment method.
