Payment Information

If you are a customer who signed up before 01 February 2022, your payments will continue to use the GoCardless Direct Debit payment method until further notice.

All customers signed up on or after 01 February 2022 will use a Direct Debit Instruction which is setup at the time of placing your order for all payments.

The information we collect is required to process your Direct Debit and to provide your services (billing & shipping address, SIC code, authorisation to make a purchase in behalf of your business, along with your order details for the purpose of processing your order with our suppliers).

Recurring Payments

Recurring payments for ongoing bin & FEL collections are processed securely by Direct Debit. All recurring payments will be taken exactly 4 weeks from the date of your services start date, with recurring payments continuing every 4 weeks from each payment date.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your Direct Debit to us, this will end your services. Please read our terms and conditions for more information.
