Understanding the One-Off Bin or FEL Delivery Charge

Upon placing your order with us for either a bin or FEL, you will require a wheelie bin or FEL bin to be delivered to you so you can start disposing of your waste. The one-off charge is to pay for that item to be delivered to your service location address as stated in the checkout process.

If in future you choose to cancel your bin or FEL subscription with us, a wheelie bin or FEL removal charge will also be required to collect that bin or FEL from your service location, thus ending your subscription with us.
