Bin or FEL Delivery

When you order bin or FEL collection services, your services will begin with delivering your wheelie bin or FEL. This provides you with a bin or FEL to start filling with your waste. Upon placing your order, you will be required to pay a one-off delivery charge to allow your Bin or FEL to be delivered to your chosen service address. Your first collection will then begin the week after your bin or FEL has been delivered in line with your preferred collection days for that week.

For example, if your order is placed before 4pm Thursday (let’s call this week one), your bin or FEL delivery will be made the following week during week two. Your bin or FEL collections will then begin on week three, in line with your preferred collection days. Or, if your order is placed after 4pm Thursday of week one, your bin or FEL delivery will be made the week after next, during week three. Your collections will then begin on week four in line with your preferred collection days.

It is important to understand this process when placing an order to avoid any confusion.

Cancellation: Wheelie Bin and FEL services all incur a one-off removal charge upon cancellation of your services with us. This charge is for the Bin or FEL to be removed from your chosen service address. Once complete, your Bin or FEL will be removed from your chosen service address.

Wheelie Bin Removal – £20 +VAT

Skip Delivery

When you place an order for skip hire, your preferred delivery date will depend on the time of week you placed the order, and whether or not you require a permit.

Skip hire without a permit requires 48 hours from the time of order before your skip can be delivered to you. Or, Skip hire with a permit requires 72 hours from the time of order, to allow for a permit to be arranged with your local council authority, which we do in your behalf. Your skip can then be delivered with the correct permit in place.

It is important to note that these duration’s are based on working days and do not include weekends.

For example, if you place an order on Friday before 4pm for a skip with a permit, 72 hours would allow the skip to be delivered on the following Wednesday at the earliest. (Saturday & Sunday excluded). Or, if you place an order on Friday before 4pm for a skip without a permit, 48 hours would allow the skip to be delivered on the following Tuesday at the earliest. (Saturday & Sunday excluded).

It is important to understand this process when placing an order to avoid any confusion.
