All payments are processed securely via Sage Pay. We do not collect or store your private payment or financial data through our website. Any purchases made through our checkout are processed and handled by our payment provider Sage Pay who will use your payment details to authorise payment. The only information we collect is your billing & shipping address, SIC code, authorisation to make a purchase in behalf of your business, along with your order details for the purpose of processing your order with our suppliers.
Recurring Payments
Recurring payments for ongoing bin & FEL collections are processed securely by Sage Pay using the method of payment used to pay for the initial order. All recurring payments will be taken exactly 4 weeks from the date of your order being placed with us, with recurring payments continuing every 4 weeks from each payment date.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your payment to us, this will end your services. Please read our terms and conditions for more information.
