SKIP HIRE PERMITS: Any skip which is not situated on private land requires a permit. If we deliver your skip to a location which requires a permit, and no permit has been purchased, your order will be cancelled with no refunds. You will then need to re-order your skip with the appropriate permit. Click here to view our Terms and Conditions >. Permits are required to situate your skip on a public highway and does not include public car parking bays. Permits for public car parking bays are only available upon request. Please note: If we deliver your skip to a location which requires the use of a public car parking bay, and the required permit has not been purchased, your order will be cancelled with no refunds. DURATION: Skips will be collected within 3 working days after your chosen duration whether it is ready to be collected or not. It is your responsibility to use and fill the skip within the duration selected. You can request your skip to be collected at any time via your My Account page.


PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE: Skip hire without a permit requires 48 hours from the time of order before your skip can be delivered to you. Or, Skip hire with a permit requires 72 hours from the time of order, to allow for a permit to be arranged with your local council authority. Then your skip can be delivered with the correct permit in place. It is important to note that these duration(s) are based on working days and do not include weekends. For example, if you place an order on Friday for a skip with a permit, 72 hours would allow the skip to be delivered on the following Wednesday at the earliest. (Saturday & Sunday excluded).  We will do our best to match your requested date.  If we cannot provide your skip on this date we will contact you to confirm a new delivery date.


REFUNDS: Please note, delivery dates are not guaranteed. If we are able to deliver your skip within 5 working days of your preferred delivery date, no refunds will be given.


DELIVERY INFORMATION: If you have specific delivery information such as unsuitable times of day, access restrictions, or other relevant information, please enter them into the box above and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

When you place an order for skip hire, your preferred delivery date will depend on the time of week you placed the order, and whether or not you require a permit. Skip hire without a permit requires 48 hours from the time of order before your skip can be delivered to you. Or, Skip hire with a permit requires 72 hours from the time of order, to allow for a permit to be arranged with your local council authority, which we do in your behalf. Your skip can then be delivered with the correct permit in place. It is important to note that these duration’s are based on working days and do not include weekends. For example (see image below), if you place an order on Friday before 4pm for a skip with a permit, 72 hours would allow the skip to be delivered on the following Wednesday at the earliest. (Saturday & Sunday excluded). Or, if you place an order on Friday before 4pm for a skip without a permit, 48 hours would allow the skip to be delivered on the following Tuesday at the earliest. (Saturday & Sunday excluded). It is important to understand this process when placing an order to avoid any confusion.
