If necessary, you can choose to suspend your subscription services for up to 4 weeks. To request a suspension, please follow the steps below and a member of our team will review and confirm your request:
- To suspend your subscription, click on the My Account link or icon.
- You are now required to enter your login details.
- Enter your username or email address, and your password. Your password was emailed to you at the time of placing your first order with us. If you have forgot or lost your password, click on the Lost Your Password link and follow the instructions to reset your password.
- Once logged in you will see your account welcome screen. Click on the ‘Suspend Subscription’ menu link.
- You will now see a form to complete your request.
- Enter your subscription number (this can be found in the ‘My Subscriptions’ menu item).
- Your name, username and email address will automatically be entered for you.
- You can add any additional comments you feel are necessary in order for us to process your request.
- Once your have finished entering your information, complete the security captcha box and click ‘SEND’.
