If you order a Bin or FEL you are required to have an active subscription to allow your services to be repeated in line with your chosen frequency, days and quantity.
Subscriptions are setup automatically at the time of your first order and can be managed via the My Account section of our website.
Upon placing a new order with us, payment will be taken and a subscription setup. Your subscription then ensures your next collection is automatically paid for every 4 weeks and your service continues without interruption.
Each time a payment is due, your subscription will automatically process this for you using the original order payment details.
The subscription will then create an order for your services every four weeks, which can be seen in the My Orders section of your account login.
