Using the Checkout for Skips

    1. If you have previously registered or made a purchase, you can log in using your email and password to save time during the checkout. Or, you can proceed to complete the checkout page and register later.
    2. Begin by entering your billing details and checking they are correct before moving on to the next step. These should be the details linked to your chosen method of payment.
    3. Next, we require you to provide us with an SIC code for your business. If you are a limited company, you can find this by searching for your company name registered with companies house. If you are a sole trader or partnership, click on the link to search for the right waste code.
    4. This will open up a search facility allowing you to enter your business type. For example, if you own a pub or bar, enter the word public house or bar, and the correct SIC code will be shown. Enter this code into the relevant box before continuing.
    5. If you are a private household, you do not need to provide us with an SIC code. Just click on the household button to continue.
    6. The next step is extremely important to avoid failed services and any extra charges. If your services are for an address different to your billing address, i.e. a building site or franchise, you must click yes and enter the correct site delivery or collection address.
    7. If the address is different, please provide a site contact name and telephone number in case we need to contact you regarding your service.
    8. If the services are for the same address as your billing address, you can proceed to the next step.
    9. If required, you can provide us with any notes or comments linked with your order.
    10. Before your services can begin, you are legally required to agree to the Duty of Care Waste Transfer Note and Agreement. Read the relevant terms and conditions, type your full name into the signature strip and check the box to confirm you agree.
    11. To assist you in avoiding any extra charges for failed services, we now request you confirm both of your addresses are correct, or your billing address is correct if they are both the same.
    12. All of our services require a one-off delivery, collection or removal charge depending on which service you are ordering. Please read our delivery policy for more information and check the box to confirm you agree.
    13. To comply with privacy and data protection, please read our privacy policy and check the box to continue.
    14. Next you can verify the items you have added to the basket and proceed to payment.
    15. To pay, enter your credit or debit card details relevant to your billing address. All online payments and recurring payments are processed securely by Sage Pay.
    16. You may now click Place Order to complete your purchase.
    17. Once your payment has been made you will be redirected to a confirmation page detailing your order with us.
    18. Your services will now begin. You can use the My Account section to review and manage all of your orders and subscriptions.
